Hello again guys! Sorry for all the questions, but I'm trying hard to do the right thing and the right thing only! So, can anyone tell me if the following items are acceptable for phase 1?
sugar free, fat free pudding
reduced fat sour cream
reduced fat cream cheese
regular mayonnaise (someone told me reg is better than reduced fat because the red fat uses more sugar)
That's it for now, but may have more later! :D

Whenever you get "fat free" check the carb counts!!! The reduction of fat is accompanied by higher carbs. ie: When looking at whipping cream, HEAVY cream will have lower carbs. Be a lable reader, checking your carb count!!!
Calories are secondary, though I watch them closely by watching portions.
There is no such thing as a bad question!!!
I just read you are on South Beach... Hmmmm I am on Atkins so if there is a difference, I apologize...
South Beach Babes... what do you say???
Good Luck Miss Mel, you have come to a great place for support!!!

I am on Atkins so if there is a difference,
this is where the differences come into play between Atkins and SBD.....As this is not up for debate in the SBD forum, I hope that you understand. :agree:

Judy,
Oh I understand... no debate intended.
I have been happy with Atkins, but curious about SB differences. I was reading some threads trying to get some info on SB. So that is how I wound up in here.
I think perhaps time to buy the book and learn some more!
I appreciate your foods list link, it is very interesting & informative. Thanks!!!
