Lots of you havae probably had it, it's really yummy.
You mix up some cream cheese and sour cream. I usually put mayo in, but that could be left out depending on how you feel about mayo. Mix in some low sodium taco mix or make your own. Then sprinkle chopped green peppers, red peppers and tomato over top. And then grated cheese. Too make it healthier, use less of the dip, more of the veggies and a thin layer of cheese and LF products. Ah, but what about the tortilla chips you normally dip? I figured out that celery might be good. IDK, I think it sounds yummy anyway:)
