Menu: Phase 2

B: avocado and prawns (shrimps)
S: Small apple
L: Tuna/coleslaw salad
S: small banana
D: Roast chicken with a tomato salsa and cabbage, carrots, sweede and sprouts

Water 100floz!

B=1pk Quaker Oats Weight Control Hot Cereal with 1/8 c of Fiber One 1c 1% milk for tea

sn=V8 with celery stirrer

Lunch=Roast Beef w) a bite Sandwich[roast beef,cheese,lettuce,tomato horseradish on 2 sls.rye bread]1 c def coffee with H&H

sn-1c l/f yogurt

D-salad with dress. cheese ravilois w) morn/star chik[chicken] strips in 1`c tomatoed zucchini.

des-1/2 c s/f pudding.

resting from exercising today and having 80 oz[1/2 my weight] of water.

NO SUPER BOWL SNACKS IN THE HOUSE,SO THEY'RE NO TEMPATIONS.

Phase 2

Breakfast: 1 SBD bar, Coffee w/splenda and ff 1/2+ 1/2

Snack: 1 pear

Lunch: SBD Frozen Meal and 1 LC Tortillas w/ Cheese

Snack: Pistachios

Dinner: Jalapeno Poppers, Cheeseburger Casserole

Snack: 1/2 cup FF Cottage Cheese w/ Splenda

Exercise: Superbowl watching LOL

Phase 1:

exercise: 35min on treadmill (ran at 6.0 for 15 of them), stationary bike for 20 min.

B: 1c yogurt + 3 strawberries, coffee
snack: almonds (10)
L; salmon steak + sm amt tartar sauce (homemade w/pickles and lite mayo), greenbeans,
snack: diet coke,
dinner: homemade chili, veggies, sour cream dip (TRYING to stay away from all chips, etc............we'll see how that goes)

snack: WATER!!!!!!!!!

Brunch: omelet made with 2 eggs, 1/4 cup substitute, 1/2 avocado, 1.5 pieces kraft light singles, 2 oz leftover top sirloin steak, 1/2 c. mushrooms (delicious!)

Snack: about to go eat the other 1/2 grapefruit from yesterday w/ tiny bit of splenda

Dinner: pan seared steak (w/ a little olive oil/spices), asparagus with 1 tbsp of becel (like smart beat) and about 1 tbsp. of parmesan. I steamed the asparagus for a few minutes then threw it in the oven to get a little crispy. I think it would taste good with lemon in it too, so I'll probably try that next time.

Dessert/Snack: strawberries

Exercise: I went to the health club for the first time in a few years. I worked out on the elliptical (sp?) for 45 minutes on a pretty quick pace, on level 6 resistance. I burned 500 calories on that machine alone. And then I did stretches and a few ab crunch type of machines. I didn't get tired at all, which really surprises me. Yay!
