I am amazed at how much I ate today FOLLOWING SB there is NO EXCUSE for hunger or feeling deprived!!!!! I am so content. :thup:

BR>1/2 cup egg salad
nf yogurt flax seed coffee splenda

Snack>grapefruit

Lunch>chicken salad over greens, 8 grapes,

Snack>string cheese 8 almonds

Supper>steak, mushrooms onions, broccoli
salad
sugar free biscotti
WATER exercise
