Hi folks, I got in early with this one!
:D

Menu will look like this today: (phase 2)

B: Home made Chicken Soup
S: teeny bit steak with onions, peppers, carrots and sprouts (leftovers)
L: smoked salmon with salad
S: Apple
D: Salmon baked with leeks and carrots.

water: Hopefully 100floz

Exercise; worked out 2x yesterday, so didn't workout this morning; maybe will do treadmill for a while tonite

B; 2eggs +2 whites, coffee, h&h, splenda, water
snack1: cucumber/celery
lunch: tuna on salad, water +crystal lite
snack2; peanuts
Dinner: chicken sauteed in olive oil, broccoli/greenbeans
snack3: nonfat plain yogurt

(ps...new weight this am= 176.5 :D )

Good morning!!

My meals for today (phase 1):

Breakfast~1/4 c. egg substitute & 1 egg omelet with ham, broccoli and cheese. & Coffee with creamer.
Snack~Red pepper strips
Lunch~4 oz. yogurt, BIG Spinach salad =) with peppers, onion. Low cal/carb italian dressing & Crystal lite
Snack~Cheese stick
Dinner~"Taco" salad~Lean hamburger, Romaine, onions, salsa & cheese. Diet soda.
Dessert~ricotta cream.

Excersise~20 min. elliptical & 10 min. Pilates.

Phase 2 Menu

b-2 breakfast sauasge links with No Potato"hash brown"[shredded zucchini,onions and eggbeaters salt & pepper to taste]1 c 1% milk for tea.

sn-carrot stick

L-tomato-egg accordion salad[tomato HB egg on lettuce with dress]

sn-1c l/f yogurt

d-salad w) dress.fish fillet,1c cauliflower, 1/2 c peas & carrots

des- nutty parfait[10 pastashios, yogurt and s/f chocolate syrup]

Breakfast: Coffee w/splenda and FF 1/2+1/2, SBD Bar
Snack: skipped
Lunch:planned Salad w/ Italian and Steak strips
Snack: planned 1 Pear and 1 oz Cheese
Dinner: planned Chicken, Broccoli and Onions
Dessert: planned 1/4 cup ricotta cream

Exersice: 2 hours full body Weights, 35 minutes cardio

B - Skim milk w/ teaspoon decaffe instant coffee, grape tomatoes
S - Fat-free cottage cheese, pecans, cinnamon, 1/2 packet sweet n low
L - salad w/ ranch dressing, shrimp, olives, garbanzo beans, green peppers, artichoke hearts, feta cheese
S - tomato
D -lemon butter tilapia, spinach w/ portabello mushrooms

S: 20 peanuts; coffee/milk
L: grilled cod ; 2 cups of vegetables
S: shelled pumpkin seeds;coffee/milk
D: crab meat salad; some cheese
S: 1,5 c yogurt

s/l- 1 hb egg w/ ind can salmon w/ lt mayo, cucmber and tomato
s- 1 orange,1 oz raw cashews, 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt w/ 1 tsp s/f raspberry preserves
d- steak w/ sauteed onions and mushrooms, mesclun salad w/ vinaigrette dressing
