water...:D

I've gone through 4 liters at work already today, along with about 20oz at home before work. My body should just pass the excess through...right?

Should I check for gills growing, when I get home?

Peace,
Bob

The only time you can really drink too much water is if you are doing endurance sports. ie.. marathon runners, endurance mountain bikers, ect.

They can drink too much because the water (when exercising heavily for long periods of time) will eventually flush out your electrolites (sp?) with it.

Otherwise... bottoms up fish man!
