This so wonderful with pork rinds, or even with tuna on a bed of lettuce.
3 oz. mayo
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS parmesan cheese
stir well, then let sit for about 10 min in the frig.
I only use about 1 TBS for a serving and it really gives a kick to the bland. I guess if you wanted it a little more spicy add more chilli powder.
