I can suggest this (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=272168) thread. It has tons of ideas for Starbucks.

Sorry I don't have any specifics on your question though....I have gotten a SF Vanilla Americano w/ Splenda and heavy cream or when I have a few more carbs that I can use I will get a SF vanilla latte made with heavy cream.

Hope that helps! :)

A Breve is made with half and half and is a low carb coffee house drink, using s/f flavorings. I very occassionally treat myself to one, but it is usually to sweet and too calorie dense for my taste. My drink of choice is an Americano (two shots of expresso and hot water) with a spash of half and half. This has the added advantage of being considerably cheaper than the sweetened coffee house drinks. I also frequently just order green tea.
