:wave: I don't know what is going on. In my 1st 4 weeks of LCing I felt great. I found i lost 13 pounds and my energy was like being a teenager again (i'm 41) and my moods were really stable. I felt relaxed and happy.

Anyway this week I started week 5 and my energy has dropped, I have gained 4-5 pounds, I find I am getting cravings again and I am really cranky. Looking at my food journal I haven't changed much except I prob cut down the vegies a little but still was eating protien.(got really busy and rushed so wasn't cooking as much).

On Wednesday I had some wine and a tiny desert to celebrate a birthday. I thought it might be related to the 'female thing' but that was 5 days ago now and I am even crankier than ever. Is this normal?

grrrrrrrrr :mad: LOL Any ideas?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Up the veggies back up and start cooking again. If you are too busy to cook, you are probably cranky from your stressful schedule. I have to stay on schedule or I get in trouble.

Hang in there, you will get back at it.

(Sometimes, I am just cranky because that's the way it is. Don't think it is necessarily related to anything other than breathing.)

I'm not sure which plan you are doing, but I would look into adding more/different foods. I know when I was on Induction, after 3-4 weeks I started to become very irritable and adding more carbs helped! Added bonus: the weight loss that had stopped briefly, picked back up again!
