I did try the Atkins but me and my friend Alma are doing the Hollywood Diet. I have heard some bad stuff from others but It has worked just fine for both us. I have lost up to 14 pounds in one month and Alma has lost 8. I guess it works differently for all of us. This diet can be found over the internet but there are two diets, we are doing the less costly one. Thank you.

What is the Hollywood Diet? I've never heard of it? I'm doing Atkins, but had a rough week, starting again on Monday

no kidding the cabage soup diet me loose but total yucky and i gained it all back plus 10 pounds lol, i've been following my celiac diet combined with atkins since Jan 12/06 and today Jan 29/06 I've lost 15 pounds

Hollywood (or any liquid diet) should ONLY be done by recommendation of a Dr. and I *personally* would not do one. They teach you NOTHING about eating right, and most people gain as soon as they're off if they don't continue the water and eating right.... this can really mess w/ your system. YUCK
