Im in NZ.

Ive found these at the local supermarkets...

1/ "San Bran" made by Sanitarium. 17gs - 15.1gs of dietry fibre = 1.9gs of carbs per serving?

2/ "Bio Farm Natural Yoghurt" 500g carton with 3.8gs of carbs per 100g

3/ "Parisettes Sauces" I like the Peanut & Honey. 300ml bottles with 2.7gs of carbs per 100mls

4/ "Chocolate Cream La Mousse" made by Dairy Whip. 250g spray can with 3gs of carbs per serving (100mls)

5/ "Fitness water, Loaded" made by Loaded Water Company. 700 ml Fruit flavoured drink with a total of 3gs per 700ml. Found at Service Stations.

Ill let yous know if I find anything else and please let me know if Im missing something eg hidden carbs or ingredients...

Hi MB,

Cool thanks for sharing this  I will try and have a look for them when I have finished induction (for the 2nd time around!) in 2 weeks.

Have you put them through the hidden carb calculator? I looked at Cadbury Light chocolate and found that there are actually 30 grams of carbs rather than the 7 it lists on the pack. Won't be eating that again in a hurry :)

Have a good day. I hope you aren't having the same problems with bush fires that we are right now.

Cheers

Melsa
