Impossible to do even a controlled-variable study, let alone a real double-blind, when there's only one rat in the maze.

Started D3 supplementation last week or the week before; definite change in athletic interest, ability to turn thoughts into action, and mood stability.

OTOH--I also had a major breakthrough in stress management about the same time, and I just looked at my last progressed chart reading (from April 04) and see major planetary shifts in Jan 06, which were meaningless back in April but now have a whole lot more relevance.

Given most, if not all, of the massive psychological shifts in my life have turned out to have a physiological underpinning (eg, a significant portion of years of "disordered eating" resolved instantly with LC), I'll credit the D3. Funny how everything else lines up, though.

Will also try bumping to 3000 mg after two weeks of 2000, next time I lay out my pill supply (I set up 10 days at a time).

D3 does give you more energy, better sleep, clearer thoughts and mental acuity, as well as muscle/bone strength, and balance.

Pretty much any vitamin supplier or site sells it. I got my first bottle from Swanson and won't buy another--lots of filler in the caps that I don't care for. So I can't attribute the gas to the D3 itself, necessarily. I live alone, with dogs who occasionally can clear a room, and as my body adjusts, I think it's getting better. But boy oh boy oh boy were there some interesting overtones the first few days!!

TMI!!

But I do like the effects and will definitely go up 1000 mg next time and am starting to recommend it and not fully comfortable with evangelizing the way Z. does but it is working, for sure. What do you have to lose but $10? Way more expensive experiments I've conducted with less + results, for sure.
