I'm sorry, but any recipie that starts with cheeze wiz makes me cringe a little inside. Wonder if real cheese could work

lol i hear you, and I started out intending to use chedder cheese but too often LC muffinturn out drier than I like. I swear though you would never know it was cheese whiz.

note: the chedder cheese would be lower carb though.
I think i'll try the chedder and add a wee bit of glycerine to keep them moist.

how about adding some coconut oil to replace the cheeze whiz? also add the real cheddar too...

don't hi carb cake mixes use oil to add moisture to the finished cake?

ok, let me explain.....lol

about a month ago I made a pizza crust (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showpost.php?p=5797491&postcount=13) that I used cheeze whiz in. I have never been a fan of cheese whiz but I was told it would make a big difference in the recipe. well I did and it was the best LC pizza crust I have had since starting to eat LC.

Anyway I decided to try it again in another recipe since I had some left. Please dont condem it without trying it. I have found out twice now that it lend a texture to things I have baked with it that has eluded me in other attemps.
