Yesterday was a cinnamon day and I thoroughly enjoyed it (and
I believe that I ate less).
Today the theme is tomato flavor. Easy. For breakfast I had
tomato soup with oysters and tomato juice in the smoothie.
Also Tomato-Basil sauce on baked tofu. For lunch it will be
Lundberg canned brown rice and beans with Tomato-Basil sauce
and dinner will beTomato-Basil sauce on baked tofu. The salad
with have sun-dried tomato. The most radical and surprising
experiment was my adding tomato juice to my green tea. I loved
it! This is fun! My wife thought I was kidding when I answered
"tomato juice" to her query "what do you want with your tea?".
Great discovery!
I haven't the slightest desire to buy "The Flavor Point Diet".
Who needs it? The idea is so frigging simple, intuitive,
rational, and sensible. Just think "Sensory-Specific Satiety".
