hi
now as my pregnancy is approaching to the end (i am 28 wks preg) i am feeling more and more aches and pains in my body plus cramps in my legs
and some times its really hard for me to walk.
i have been ealking through out my preganacy and its not a sedentry pregnacy but still i want to do something to get rid of this sore back and crampy legs
i was doing some ex befroe my pregnancy and usually pilates and yoga
so my question to u is what do u thiknabout Denis austin pilates for everybody workour dvd
i have only got that one
please kindly give me ur advise asi want my body to be in good shape for birth and the ex that i can continue postpartum
i am not a bif fan of weights.

There is a really good DVD that is Pilates for pregnancy. I really liked it and did it with most of my pregnancies. The problem you face is going into 3rd trimester there are things you have to be careful with, such as not stressing the abd, if you have a problem that occurs in pregnancy with the abd muscle it could make it worse. You need to at this point also stay off your back, do them on an incline, and in 3rd trimeter the incline moves are even moved to a wall. I really suggest you look for it. Again it is Pilates for pregancy!
