I was thinking about buying Relacore also but stopped myself from doing so because I dont know if it would interfere with weight loss so early on the diet.

Hey Vbrowne,

I tried it with no weight loss success, but had a good nights sleep. I think there are a number that use it is as a mood stabilizer, but I wouldn't waste the money.

I tried it about a year ago (way before Atkins) and had no results. I'm sure they do work for some people.
