Hi
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the rules are with montignac and nuts?
I love almonds and walnuts as well as sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. They are full of essential oils and studies show that poeple have lost weight by adding them to their diets (in moderation)
Can you have them during any phase in Montignac?
Cheers

thanks for the replyO*ranGe. :)
Maybe I should have been more specific. I remember reading (have since lost my Montignac book) that nuts are a combo food. They have carbs/protien/fat. I was wondering if you have to wait a few hours like you do if you change from carbs to protien/fats?
TIA

I get the nuts being low GI but can you please explain the rest of your sentence. I didn't quite get the shorthand :)
