Ok. this may sound goofy.. but since I have started working out.. do I need to add a bit more food to sustain myself? OR am I doing ok with the 10-12 x's my weight? I do know I have to drink EVEN MORE water... otherwise my ketones build up .. more so than before.. and I get hot and slightly headachey...?
Anyone had feed back or experience with this?
