hello there

ive a question related with ketosis , carb intake and exercise.

lets say that for me, i need 30g of carbs per day to induce into ketosis and primary fat burning
if i train heavy another day , may i increase the carb intake and still be on ketosis ? or the amount of carbs to induce ketosis is independent of exercise?

i mean, i train really hard , and sometimes , with just 30g, it makes me feel tired, what kind of calculation can i do to know how much should i increase the carbs , in the case i should increase them, to stay on ketosis or without compromising the fat burning as main energy source?

It depends on what your goal is and what diet you are following.

What do you mean my "train"?

Your stats show 155/155/220. Are you "bulking"? If you are bulking, then low carbing might not be for you (why are you striving for ketosis during your bulk phase?)

Please clarify!

the bulking is a long term goal, right now im experiencing with low carb, ketosis and exercise performance , thats why i want to stay on ketosis (right now im not really interested in bulking)

and by my training , i train in mma , kickboxing , jiu jitsu. Heavy bag training , sprinting , all type of conditioning very demanding
