I posted this elsewhere - but I wanted those just beginning their new LC journey to see this! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!

Seven months and four days later - I've hit my original GOAL! Just in time for the holidays! Thank you Santa!

I don't have any Before/Afters (and actually I don't feel that different - but guess 61 lbs gone will show somehow!). But I promise I will. I'll try to do it this week! Everybody else posting their pictures has helped me so much - that I want to return the favor!!

A holiday gift to each of you! Don't ever give up! Do this for yourself! You deserve it! Please try not to get frustrated when your loss slows or even stops for a few week - or you even gain several pounds - I know it's hard - but if you continue on your plan - it will start up again - I know! This LC WOE works! It took me a lot longer than I thought to lose this - but in the scheme of things - my entire life - really not long at all. This WOE has become a WOL for me. I can't ever imagine going back to how I used to eat! And that is the best gift that I would have ever given myself! Now you do it!

My next gift to myself - and to my family - is to not only tone this body up (and now that I'm at my original goal, it is pretty obvious that I really could lose some more weight!), but somehow start and be successful maintaining! A new challenge for the New Year!

I hope everybody has a healthy, safe and happy holiday! Don't think about the things that you can't have this holiday - please relax, enjoy and concentrate on family, friends and the true spirit of the holiday!
