Anyone Tried Hoodia?

I Just Read Alot About The Appetit Supressant Hoodia, They Say It Is All Natural And That There Are No Side Affects. Could Be Good Through The Holidays. It Was Also Featured In Oprahs Magazine And On Sixty Minutes, They All Raved About It. What Do You Guys Think?

I used Desert Burn hoodia with a lot of success -- I think there are extensive threads on it, back around the first of the year? -- or look at hoodia forum (http://www.hgpills.com/forum_topic.cfm?Cat_ID=1) for discussion.

Using hoodia AND following a carefully-planned low-carb WOE, I finally lost 30 pounds. I am now maintaining, using the hoodia whenever I put on a few pounds (oops!). However, not everyone has success with hoodia, nor does everyone respond to each brand the same way -- read up on it before trying.....

I think that the low-carb WOE increases your odds of it working far better than haphazard eating -- it was almost as though the appetite suppression that so many low-carbers report was "almost" there for me, and the hoodia finally nudged it into place....

Thanks for bringing up the topic. I tried a cheap brand I got online. Did nothing for my appetite, and gave me headaches. I hope you get an answer for a good source to try.
