I've been reading a little bit about this vitamin D debate and how taking it is good for you and what not. I know vitamin D is made in the body with reaction to the sun.
So the question is this and I really apologize if this is an incredibly stupid question:
Will going tanning as in tanning beds help the body make the vitamin D?
Thanks.

Thanks. It's not a stupid question. The answer is yes. But just like in the sun, you can burn.
