I need to know since I started taking this is it normal that my weight went up by 1.5-2 pounds? Why is this? This was the only thing I changed in the last week.

Also are you supposed to take this with CoQ10 to make both work more efficiently together? I read this in the Meat & Egg thread.

Check your measurements/clothing fit, especially if you have been working out. L-Carnitine helps build and spare muscle mass. I tried it with the CoQ10, didn't really notice a difference. However, I really do belive that L-Carnitine has helped me change my body composition in my workouts and has been beneficial in helping me maintain ketosis.

I would not worry about one week.

My weight has not changed as I burn fat and build muscle. So I doubt it would make you gain weight. IMHO at worst, your weight would not change but you would be getting smaller.
