but i'd like to step it up a bit... maybe even understand

adh makes my teeth hurt.

lecithin didn't seem to help. i don't think the choline
crosses the blood-brain barrier.

recommended 'antidiuretic hormone' and 'lecithin' for
boosting IQ...
