I doubt seriously that it
would work as well as
a STRICT L/C diet combined
with moderate to strenuous exercise.
If it did, all the lazy couch potatoes that
comprise the 60 percent obese people in
the US population would have attained
recovery already. You couldn't keep a
secret like that. (If it really worked wonders.)

You have a dangerous "nutritionist".
Cortislim has been exposed as falsely advertising. If it is not dangerous it probably doesn't work.
I an't believe they still have the nerve to advertise it at all.
My opinion is find a new nutritionist, like a real one.
