I was wondering if I used a product similar 2 body solutions if it would help me loose weight....I read the ingredients and its all natural amino acids..u take it 3 hours b4 bed on an empty stomach ...and its suppost 2 help with fat loss...and help build mucle .....has n e one heard of this.....or does n e one recommend it?...would it aid me in loosing.....or just inhibit me....yall know I havnt lossed anything in god knows how long anywayz
