Hi everyone. I thought I would share a new discovery I have made. For many years now I have had numerous health problems and problems with my weight. For a long time I have had a hard time controlling my weight due to constant uncontrollable hunger. Well..... I have been doing a parasite cleanse and I have noticed that I have more energy, and also that I am less hungry. I thought I would mention this to see if anyone else has had an experience like this, or perhaps someone else might be experiencing the same type of problem. For several years I blamed the constant hunger on unstable blood sugar fluctuations, but I really think that parasites were the main culprit. I haven't been working out, but I'm down a couple of pounds. I do plan on starting to work out again soon. My treadmill is broken right now. Anyway let me know if you can relate to my post.

It's a combo of herbs that can kill intestinal parasites. The main ingredients are cloves, wormwood, and black walnut. From what I have read more people have intestinal parasites than people think and that they can cause a myriad of health problems and side effects. I have found pinworms after starting the cleanse. The product I'm using is from the health food store and is called ParaGone.

Are you eating anything while you're doing your cleanse? I've been curious about doing a cleanse for a while now... Can you give further details of what you've done?

I believe for many, after a cleanse, things like take-up of medication is much more effective and hunger lessens.

What are pinworms? (athough I'm afraid to ask!) :D

I'm eating just how I always do, but I take the herbs to kill the parasites on an empty stomach. Pinworms are one of the least disgusting of the parasites a person can have, in my opinion. I went and worked out last night at the college I attend. I never do that. My energy is coming back!!!! I've only lost 2 lbs. so far, but the most important thing is I'm not constantly thinking about food. Another interesting fact about pinworm infection is the fact that my dentist would always ask me if my jaw hurt because I had been grinding my teeth. I would always tell her I didn't think I ground my teeth and she would say my teeth showed that I did and I must be doing it in my sleep. She would then tell me to stop being so stressed out. I never felt stressed out, but wondered why I was doing this. I have read that pinworm infection causes this. Interesting, huh?

Yes, I read that too! Amazing stuff, I wonder if I can get it in the UK?
I think it's probably something everyone should do, regardless of their health. Although, I think most people would probably disagree with that!!! :D
Keep us informed how it continues to help you ... Getting rid of those things for a start would benefit you full stop I think. They couldn't have been doing you any good.

Annabel, I am still doing good and I am having a much easier time watching my calories and a lot more energy. I really think the parasite cleanse was the key.

Hi burchets,

I have a few questions about ParaGone.

** Sorry, but my post includes detailed information.

I have been taking Dr Schultz's Forumla #1 Cleanse and I'm not sure it's for right for me. I'm thinking of trying ParaGone instead because I seem to feel a quizziness in my stomach with extended gas pain and the most foul smell (again please excuse the detailed information).

Also, I am feeling tired and sluggish. I am on a very good vitamin supplement regime and was feeling better before the cleanse but thought a cleanse would inhense my supplements throughtout my body.

I would like to now try the ParaGone instead thinking it may work better for me.

How do you know you actually had pinworms? Did you know you had them before starting the cleanse or did you see them in your waste? And do you have more then normal bowl movements. For me at work, it's not easy to be running off to the ladies room so often?

Thanks! and I'm glad you found what works for you!

Well, I knew for sure I had pinworms because I seen them and I hadn't had any rice in a while, but that's what they look like. So, yes I saw them after I went. For a few days I was feeling pretty tired. Do you think you might be going through a healing crisis? That could make you feel bad. When you try to kill something it releases toxins and also taxes the systmem, which can make you feel bad for a while. I also have been experiencing the foul smell, except for the past few days, because I'm on the five day break cycle from the cleanse that you're supposed to do. I have also had the problem of when to go to the bathroom at work, and wondering what would happen is someone used the bathroom right after me. I was worried people might think I'm quite the stinker! But, I would rather be healthy and not have worms, so I'm going to keep on with things. Do you have a bathroom somewhere you can sneak off too? Sometimes you just have to be creative or strategize. Could you maybe not take the formula before work, but maybe somehow take it while you're at home? I have been setting my alarm for really early in the morning, 5 am, taking one of my supplements that you need on an empty stomach and then going back to bed for a few hours. You could do that, and then you would have results right when you got up. Just some suggestions for you. Keep me informed of your progress if you would. It sounds like you're just about to turn the corner. Again, I have been feeling really good.

Thanks burchets,

You sure put my mind at ease. I'm going to stick with my current cleanse a few more days then take a break and start using Paragone.

With the Forumla #1 Cleanse - you take 1 pill before bed and increase by 1 pill each night and it works throughout the day. The Paragone sounds to be more adjustable for my work day schedule.

I think it's great you see the pinworms being removed from your system. Then you know the cleanse is working as it should. With the Formula #1 Cleanse I don't see any of that and I just have looser boul movements (sp)then usual and nothing but the normal stuff being removed.

As for a bathroom, I work in a NY office building and use a public restroom on our floor. The problem I have at work is getting away from my 'always busy' desk. I have to cover my desk even when steping out to the restroom - thats why I wondered if Paragone increases how many time you need to use the restrooms. It's not always easy to find coverage never the less do it more then I normally would.

Hey, as far as being a 'stinker' - I have smelled worse things in that restroom then the horrible foul smell I produce with Forumla #1. Going through the system and feeling better is all that matters to me - just as it does you.

Thanks again and when I start Paragone I maybe be back with another question or two for you.
