here in Hamilton. It was great. I got some Davinci syrups and some maple syrup. YUM. I also got some pancake mix and cookie mix for later. The owner, Christie was great. She has lost 85 lb on LC diet. She looks great. I'm so excited to have this store so close by. Thanks to those who told be about it.

I'm so jealous!!! The only LC store (excluding Vitaminshoppe and those things) went out of business last year.

I cannot find pancake mix anywhere. Is it the atkins brand you are using?

I never made it to ours, here in Fremont. Its just now closing. My girlfreind is mourning it, as she lived nearby and always had interesting LC treats.

When I lived in Vegas we had a few LC stores. I realized very quickly that most of the stuff they sold there was LC junk food, so I stopped going. Now the only two products I buy that are specifically low carb at CarbQuik and Dreamfields. The CQ I get online from nutrition and the Dreamfields I get at a local GNC. I also use a few other sugar free things like Davincis that are available in bigger grocery stores.
I feel bad for the poor people who invested in Castus LC Store franchises. By the time the stores were being franchised the writing was already on the wall about all of the garbage LC frankenfoods out there and most grocery stores and wally world were carrying a decent variety of lowcarb products. Is Castus even still around?
