hello there im still new at this but getting better.
I have not done a new thread for a while but was always looking and learning from other posts. It seems to me that most people are from USA and the lc program is prety big out there.
Here in the UK its only now starting to get slightly bigger.
I say program cause diet is for a short period and then you go back to your old habbits.Where as lc to me seems to be wol.
I have tryed all diets nothing worked, i read about the lc program and gave it a go.After 5 weeks on lc i feel fantastic!!!!!!!!!!
i am at the momment feeling a stall but hey i just feel great on lc and sure will be ok once i do a bit of exercise and drink more water.

Before i go my biggest secret to success is this forom and you guys on it thanks.

PS:sorry about my spelling could not get the bomming
spell check to work.

 Good for you!!!!!!!!! It sounds like you are headed in the right direction. You sound like you know what you want. I have just started the the induction phase of the LC. I have noticed that I too have a little more energy that I used to. It is a great feeling! I wish you all the luck and happiness in the world. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
