i found a post on the protein power discussion board - this is so neat. i made a model of myself at my present weight then for the fun of it plugged in my goal weight - TALK ABOUT INCENTIVE!!!!

I now have a picture on the fridge - my start weight, my current weight & my goal weight - what a difference a few pounds makes!!!

One question...how do you go back after you've created your model and update them??

there is a couple choices on the left hand side of screen (i think left) one of them says "edit model" - go there
i right clicked on the model and then - "save as" then when i had all 3 i put them in my corel draw program on 1 page and added the weights & dates underneath

Wow! Neat! But if this is accurate, then I need to lower my goal weight by 5 pounds! ;)

Thanks for the link. That was fun. And I saved my pictures, so I can look at them whenever I get impatient or depressed.

That WAS fun. I printed my now weight and my goal weight...my original weight didn't look that much different from my now *sigh*; but that goal weight sure looks good :)
