I notice that alot of you have your body fat calculation. How do you go about getting that done? I would like to get all the "Pre-information" I can so I can compare my success as I go. Do you have to go to a doctor, a trainer, or can you do this yourself at home? Thanks!!!

I've seen a body-fat monitor sold at Circuit City. There are also scales that can do body fat as part of weighing. Both use electrical current resistance. Other ways include weighing in water and using calipers.

A lot of people get it measured at a gym when they sign up for a membership. Are you a member at a gym?

There are many and various ways to measure body fat. None is exactly accurate, but the best thing to do is to continue using the same way, so that changes can be seen as relatively accurate. ;)
There are quite a few online calculators you can use to do this at home. You'll find a couple here. (http://www.eskimo.com/~cdickens/FatCalculators.html) :)
