I am getting ready to do Induction and have a question about cauliflower.
Is it OK to have the mashed cauliflower with cheese and butter on Induction or should I cook it in a different way?
Thanks for the help.

That shouls be fine,
Make sure to weigh your cheese (you can only have 3-4 ounces a day in induction) as well as measure your califlower amount.
Good luck. :D

Make it and enjoy! I'm on Induction and prepared it as a side side dish with tonight's dinner.
