Hey!

I can't find almond flour in my country. Is it the same to take almonds and crack them?

Yes, shell them and then put them into your food processor. It won't get ground as fine as almond flour that you buy but it'll work. (Someone else suggested adding some kind of powder along with the nuts so it doesn't turn into 'nut butter'. Can't remember what kind of powder they said--protein powder???) HTH.

I order mine online at www.netrition.com. It is $8 for one pounds. Which is about 4 cups I think. Hope that helps!
