hi my question to you all atkins experts and long time followers of atkins is that does this diet helps reduce cellulite
i had very bad cellulite in my buttocks and thigh region any advice on that

Any weight loss, in my opinion, will help with cellulite reduction. Also, the fact that Atkins helps to eliminate water reduction helps.

I would also recommend exercising along with Atkins. Unfortunatley some of us are genetically predisposed to this and regardless of weight/fat loss, it's still there! Stupid genes!!!
