Just read Protein Power. Good book...... principles much the same as Atkins (which is where I started).
Looks like I am going to dust off the cobwebs on my bike and go and buy a bottle of red wine
Have now been able to calculate my ideal weight ( good chapter in protein power to do this)and have thus changed my target weight. This creates a bigger hill to climb but... in for a penny in for 70 pounds!
