I recently (about 4 months ago) started increasing my yoga workouts. I now do intermediate level and noticed some nice development in muscles I didn't know I had!! I do about a 35min-1hr workout after I run for a 1\2 hour. I do this about 5-6 dys a week. Do you think this is enough excersize or should I be incorporating some free weights (workout at home) into my routine. I do switch up the yoga routine to keep my muscles from adapting.

That seems to be quite a bit already but finding a way to incorporate a little weight training could be helpful as well. I personally find free weights to be extremely helpful for myself and couldn't do without them. You may want to consult a personal trainer to find a good way to add them into your routine and make sure you are not overtraining.
Good luck!
