As your only form of nutrition probably. They also do have some less then great ingredients.

However I really like the taste of these compaired to some of the other LC shakes out there. They are also cheaper and work well when I am too exausted or in a hurry. I havn't had any in ages, but while in school they were the lesser of many evils in my mind at least.

Just be careful if you are using them as meal replacements to get enough calories in each day and to have healthy foods at your regular meals.
