I was looking at can's of hominy lately and found one called Mexican Style. Reading the back of the can it was extreamly low carb. I looked at several different brands and they all had the same low carb count for the Mexican style, while regular canned hominy was much more on the can and in fitday.
I used some in a mexican style stew which turned out great. Has anyone else heard of this product and knows if it really is as ok as it seems to use?
