I tried this recipe today, but I did waffles in my Belgium Wafflemaker instead of pancakes. It was absolutely delicious and filling. I thought the batter was a little too runny; therefore, I added another tablespoon of almond meal. If this is low carbing, I think I can do it!

Is there an available carb count on this? Or should I figure out the details on the recipes without them myself in the future? :D

Tried these with a friend this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. They were actually very good. At last, I have pancakes back. I was wondering though, if I could get my hands on a coconut or pinapple SF syrup I could put a couple of crushed macadamia nuts on it and have macadamia/coconut pancakes. YUM!

What is life without dreams!

Hi, I tried these but they fell apart! Made them as suggested except removed the egg yolk, since investigating possible arachidonic acid sensitivity so avoiding egg yolks at the moment. Was that the problem do you think, is that what holds them together?

I certainly don't know if that could have done it, but if you followed everything else, I guess you have your answer.

I wonder what could be put in its place? Might be worth experimenting a little. By fall apart, do you mean when you tried to turn them they broke up? I did not have any problem, they cooked just like normal pancakes.

Good luck, hope you find an answer.
