Hello. I am so excited about this plan.
The only concern is my cheese intake and my veggy intake. I had my cheese with my eggs, my string cheese snack, a little shaving with my salad lunch, and a little with my dinner entree
Also with dinner I ate a lot of steamed veggy's I didn't measure. Is that okay?
I am confused about peanut butter. I bought Skippy's carb option brand. I have a tablespoon with SF Popsicle and fat free cool whip teo tbsp.
Am I doing okay? I am determined to do this. I really like the plan.
Thanks for your input.
Judy from NYC you are my inspiratin. I live on Long iSland send me some positive motivation tips!!! :help:

Hello.
I think my post vanished.
I love this plan.
Two concerns with my three meals yesterday I had some lf cheese in addition to my laughing cow cheese for snack. Two much cheese? I had protein and dairy, and tons of steamed veggy's. I did not measure veggy's is that okay? For dessert it is tbsp pb with sf popsicle and 2 tbsp ff cool whip.
Please advise me I really want this to work for me.

Welcome!
First of all, you might want to start a journal here and use it to log all your food each and every day. This has helped me to get where I wanted to go!!
Have you seen the How To Adapt Your Meal Plan? Its in the link in my signature for Food lists. Use this chart to see what you should be eating each day.
I count cheese in with my 2 cups of dairy daily. What you ate yesterday is fine!!
Good Luck! :D

Thanks Judy!
I think I will do what you do is count my cheese as two cups of dairy. How do you measure the cheese to two cups of dairy?
I feel great and you truly are an inspiration!

How do you measure the cheese to two cups of dairy?
OK...time for a little math lesson
2 cups = 16 ozs. I measure my cheese by the ounce and have about 2 ozs per day total. That leaves me with 14 ounces of dairy each day for other dairy like yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.
There are many days that I do not eat 2 cups total.
Make sense? :D

Judy,
You kill me! I know I am not good with measurements except seeing the big number that is on my scale!!!
I think I over indulged tonight. I did not have my 15 almonds for snack I saved my nuts for dessert 2 tablespoon of Peanut butter one 40 cal popsicle and two tablespoon of fat free cool whip. I went back for two more tablespoon of whipped topping. I am so upset I ruined my second day!!!!

RELAX and take a few deep breaths......you are doing fine!!
Start a journal and use it to log what you've eaten each day. Click on my journal button and scroll through the posts to find my menus each day. I've been logging my food for 17 months so it'll give you a good idea fo what to do.

I can't stop reading your journal Judy. You really are a success south beach gal!! Thanks for answering all my questions. I just got back from my kick boxing class, so i know I burned the cool whip and peanut butter off. :)
Thanks again!
