Hello! I just had to write about this because I'm a big baseball fan and I go to the games and sometimes get a little sick of ordering diet coke. So I went to my local 7-11 before the game and noticed these little packets of sugar free travel sized mixes in the beverage section. I didn't try the Crystal Lite made with splenda but I did try the Blue Rasberry Sugar free Kosher "Slosh" brand powder mix and it was amazing. I bought a 24oz Poland Spring and filled the powder into it and shook it. The water turned blue and it was AMAZING. it was made I think with Aspartame and I had two blue rasberry packets so I drank 2 (24oz) bottles of blue water during the baseball game. I did get a tiny headache from the aspartame but I MUST find out what this stuff is because it was yummy and I didn't gain any weight from it and it did not mess up my stomach. I think I lost the wrapper but if anyone knows of something like this please let me know cause it was delicious and different than the usual diet sodas out there.

I would think you could stir up a sugar free koolaid mix or similar with your favorite artificial sweetener or sweetener and then divide the mix into whatever servings equals 64 ounces (probably about 3 for those travel mix sizes). You could put the mix into an envelope and keep it handy in the car or wherever until you need it on the go. I think koolaid has a blue raspberry mix but not sure.

Ohh..I gotta try this. The local store does sell koolaid..I hope though it's sugar free. Koolaid used to be my fave drink back when I was living in the states.

Thank you for the ideas - next time i'm at my 7-11 I am going to get more info about this crazy drink!
I know it doesn't count as Water INtake but I would never drink as much water if it wasn't blue!
