is it wise to go to the gym wilst havin a cold? is it stil possible to do stuff or does it makin it harder bein all bunged up? should i stay home a week and get better 1st?

I think this is a matter of personal comfort. Usually if I only have a cold (mild coughing, sniffles) I will go to the gym anyway. Just make sure to wipe everything down so you don't get or pass germs. On the other hand, if you have a fever your body is trying to fight something off and usually you require more rest and water than normal, so I wouldn't if I had a fever. That's my 2 cents ;).

thanks for input, i hav mild cold, but was thinkin if my body aint 100percent i cud end up doin more harm then good

Usually it is considered OK to exercise with a head cold. With a chest cold or if there is a fever, then don't exercise. It does not harm to be conservative and not exercise with a head cold, think of it as a recovery period.
