I have not been able to find a brand of powderd pudding mix (LC) with splenda/sucralose. Any brands out there? I live in the Seattle area. Thanks

I can't help you about finding pudding mixes as I have never seen one myself, but I wonder if you've tried any of the pudding recipes found in this forum. I've mades some before using cream, cream cheese, cocoa powder and a little splenda. It was a lot richer than most puddings but it didn't have that nasty metallic aspartame taste!

Jello now makes pre-made sugar free pudding cups with Splenda. I find them in the dairy section of my grocery store. They have 2 kinds I think - chocolate and swirl. They're not super low carb (I think like 6 net carbs), but they're very yummy! :)

My*T*Fine makes a sugar-free one with sucralose. I don't know if it's the new recipe or the old one, but there's another with aspartame. At one Hannaford (Northeast grocery store) they had the sucralose one in front, and then at another they had the aspartame, but a little digging into the back of the stack and I found one with sucralose. The one with sucralose has a label that says "new" on it too.

KETO has or had a puddindg mix that didn't use asperteme. The taste wasn't like regular pudding however.

this may not help you but Instone has a pre-made high protein pudding that might help you.

That's got to be the finest understatement of the year! I bought the Keto chocolate pudding... didn't taste like chocolate. Didn't taste like pudding, but it did have the consistency of a recent nose blowing.

Keto is out of business anyways I believe. And they were one of the first LC businesses out there. Some of their stuff was good, like the fruit jams.

Expert Foods (the thicken thin not-xxxx folks) makes some pudding mix. It's almost impossible to find in stores; you can order it online, though.

Has .1 g of net carbs. It isn't made with any sweetener -- you add your own, so you can use whatever sweetener you want.

I haven't tried it, so I don't know how it is...
