This comes from a famous restaurant in Winter Park, FL. I was fortunate to find it in the newspaper the day they printed it.

16 oz of mayonnaise
16 oz of sour cream
1 small tin of anchovies
1 bunch of parsley
3 cloves of garlic
2 oz of white wine vinegar
2 oz of fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste.

Take the lemon juice, and vinegar and put in a blender or small chopper. Add the anchovies, parsley and garlic and puree to a nice fine blend. Scrape the puree into a bowl and fold in the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Store in fridge.

Dressing for....salad? Wonder what would happen if you baked or broiled chicken breasts in it?
(I'm not the keenest on anchovies but I can overlook a lot when stuff tastes good!)

I bet that would be delicious.

I also think it would taste yummy on top of turkey burgers. Have recipe under main dishes.
