This comes from a famous restaurant in Winter Park, FL. I was fortunate to find it in the newspaper the day they printed it.
16 oz of mayonnaise
16 oz of sour cream
1 small tin of anchovies
1 bunch of parsley
3 cloves of garlic
2 oz of white wine vinegar
2 oz of fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste.
Take the lemon juice, and vinegar and put in a blender or small chopper. Add the anchovies, parsley and garlic and puree to a nice fine blend. Scrape the puree into a bowl and fold in the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Store in fridge.
