Smart Balance

Bought Smart Balance Light today. Wasn't sure whether to buy Light or Regular. Want to get an answer before i open the tub.


Is Benecol the same as Smart Blance. Benecol also has a regular and light brand. Man, Benecol is expensive.


I still haven't figured it out yet. i know it's regular salad dressing but non fat yogurt.

I use Smart Balance and have not even seen that they make a light version.

To ease your confusion, use the Regular Smart Balance as at your current weight, the calorie difference will not make any difference.

OK: went and changed the smart balance to regular. actually when i went to the case all of the smart balances were light. but i searched and searched, like looking for needle in a hay stack, and i found it-the last regular.
