:wave: Hi everyone,

i heard about montignac diet but i dont have the book in my country and it's so difficult to order it so what i did :

I was 138 before 20 days, i made a research on the net and got the glycemic index list from based on sugar from montignac site and start eating the food < 35 but i dont know what should i mix and what not but what i am doing is eating on the breakfast an apple drinking water (i love water) on lunch eating meet with vegetables greald with olive oil and cheese and one egg and the snack is nuts almost all kind on nuts.

now i am 127 after 20 days i am still not sure if what am i doing is right or wrong....

So any advice??

i wish i could help, but i'm not really sure where to find information on that diet. i answered to try and bump this thread to the main page so maybe someone else would see it. goodluck..i hope you find someone who can help.

oh yea, maybe you could try doing a search on this site for that particular diet..i'm sure there are others who have started thread and discussions about it!

by the way i gave an example of my daily intake, it doesn't mean i am eating every day the same things.

i hope someone can help me...
