I am searching for some advice....
I've been on SB now for almost 3 weeks I've done very well the first 2 loosing almost 8lbs. This week though I have not lost a thing....I know we are not supposed to weigh ourselves more than 1x a week but the weight loss motivates me.
My diet had not changed...a typical day is
Breakfast- 2 eggs 2 pc turkey sausage 16.5oz water
Snack- either celeryw/laughing cow cheese or nuts (15 cashews)
Lunch- piece of chicken grilled and vegies (broc/cauli etc) Jello 16.5oz water
Snack- 1 stick string cheese low fat (roasted garbanzo beans)16.5 oz water
Dinner- Fish/chicken veggies salad oil and viniger dressing16.5 oz water
Snack- yogurt w/spelnda and vanilla extract
Some days I am drinking almost 100oz of water depending on how hot is is here.

I have eaten this basically every day since starting. I have no idea how many calories this is I just know it has been woring up to noiw. I do have thyroid issues (hypothyriodisim) Could my thyriod be catching on? It makes loosing weight VERY difficult for me. Should I just hold on and see how thing progress? Has any one else seen a dramatic slow down after week 2? My husband is still loosing (as men tend to do grrrrrrr   ) Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks for reading my rant... :)
