I have tried the slim fast line of shakes in low carb and actually liked them. Vanilla being my prefered. just make sure to have it cold. I don't think I could do the whole slim fast diet plan, but they work well for a quick snack/meal and are good for traveling when you don't know lc options are available.

being liquid they are digested fast and you may be hungry sooner. Slim fast also has an online diet plan that can help you make menus.
