I believe yogurt is allowed on phase one. So I would think you could use the ff sour cream. Just look at the food lists for the serving size allowed. But I used the yougurt instead of sour cream. The food lists are located at the top of this thread. Also you really should read the book. If you don't want to buy it try getting it from the library.

yes you can have ff sour cream. I personally use tofu sour cream for baking. I made a part tofu cheesecake the other day that was delicsh.

Not to steal the subject away, but Nefarious: could you please post the recipe for your cheesecake using ff sour cream? Possibly on the recipe forum? What is the nutritional breakdown of each serving?
