How to send a link?

I get links from friends sometimes sent to my email & I would like to know how I can send them here to share with others on the board.

Hi Josie,

If you click on the right side of your mouse, then left click on copy, you'll be able to then paste the URL of the site here. To paste, just right click with your mouse, then left click on "paste." (Forgive me if you already know that ;))

To send a hyperlink - for example here is a link to the forum (http://forum.lowcarber.org/) - click on the http://forum.lowcarber.org/images/editor/createlink.gif icon above the reply box, write in what you want the link to say, press enter, then paste in your link.
